Upload your house plans (or we'll work from your builder's specs) and our system maps out your space. Then comes the part that makes us different: your project manager visits your home in person.

They walk the space with you. They check the plumbing, measure the corners, note where the sun hits the windows. Together, you explore layout options โ€” where the bedroom goes, whether you want that wet bar, how the bathroom fits best.

This is the $900 planning assessment. It's credited 100% toward your project if you move forward. If you don't, you still walk away with a professional scope of work you can use anywhere.

Phase 5 โ€” The Details

Before each new phase begins, your project manager verifies a readiness checklist: prior work inspected, materials on site, contractor confirmed.

Progress photos are uploaded at every milestone โ€” you can see your space taking shape from anywhere. If anything needs to change, we handle it through a formal change order. You approve the cost and timeline impact before any work changes.

Municipal inspections are scheduled and managed for you. We don't move forward until everything passes. Your money is protected the entire time โ€” contractors get paid after milestones are verified, not before.

Phase 6 โ€” The Finish

Your Space, Complete

When the last phase wraps, your project manager walks through the finished space with you. Together, you create a punch list โ€” anything that needs a touch-up, an adjustment, or a second look. Every item gets resolved. Then the final municipal inspection happens.

Once you sign off, we release the holdback, close the escrow, and your project is complete. But we're not done.

You get a 1-year workmanship warranty. We check in at 6 months and again at 11 months to make sure everything is holding up. And when your neighbor asks who did your basement โ€” that's when the referral program kicks in. $250 off for both of you.
